16:09-10
For newbies to our project, look at the Vesuvius start page. The page overall is not up-to-date everywhere, but it gives a reasonable scope of the modules in Vesuvius. See in particular “preliminary checklist for accessing the codebase and working with Bazaar”.

Some highlights:
16:03-17 General introductions. lan works on the charting module, related to the export idea. lneve does the PFIF import/export, related to the import wizard idea. Ramindu worked with us during GSoC 2011 on the Pootle re-integration effort.
16:18-28 Off-topic discussion between mprutsalis and Ramindu about Sahanathon and effort to develop WordPress PHP plug-in to get data from Sahana Eden.
16:28-17:01 Discussion with glennp, lan, and sophron (then joined by selvam1991) about Export idea. glennp promised to put up KML example (done).
17:16-17:25 selvami1991 initiated general discussion about what new GSoC student applicants need to do regarding proposals. Mark says start at here. glennp apologizes for not having bug fix ideas at hand, will consult with Greg next week.

Some highlights:
First half was with Ramindu. Discussed complications due to the fact that Google Translate is no longer cost-free. Also adjustments needed in the model of Resource Pages for multiple languages.
Second half was with sophron. Discussed user requests of particular data items of interest, and the relative importance of various export channels and formats.
