Completion of Native Sync

ToDo for Native Sync use cases..
1. Master user create a new sync request to the other end(call slave) – done
2. send a mail to admin about the request. – done
3. Slave admin user has to confirm the request in order to sync data. – here there is some bugs on creating entry.
4. Sync happens – done but in 2way sync has to verify/test
5. cron-job - not started
Student-Provided Section
This section should be left empty for now, until such time as a particular student's proposal is awarded for this task.
In the meantime, each student should work with their mentors through melange (best for feedback on project drafts), and public interactions such as the sahana IRC channels and mailing lists.
