Sahana Community Call
The Sahana Software Foundation holds two monthly community call to give a chance for people (board, committees, members, non-members, students and all) to talk to:
- share updates
- ask for help
- introduce yourselves
- introduce your projects
- chat and get to know one another
The Sahana Community Call will be held on WebEx on the second Tuesday of every month at 0200 UTC and 2000 UTC and are recorded in the Sahana Meeting Calendar

The call will be hosted on the WebEx infrastructure donated by Cisco, to join the meeting click on the meeting link below.
If a password is required, enter the meeting password: S4h4n4

Arranging the Community Call
These are the steps for arranging the community call:
- Make a new Call Document for the month with all the information, using the template: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YpFDdaV1SDPUKhhAN0hsG0ecWy2MDlXd7AK8SEo1kNg/edit. Save it in this collection: https://docs.google.com/folder/d/0B0_4NxEC3sIUMGJQRUszdkNfVUU/edit
- Ensure that the meeting times are correct in the Sahana Meeting Calendar
- Schedule the Calls on WebEx (tacops.webex.com)
- Update this wiki page
- Send a notificiation to Sahana Eden sahana-eden@googlegroups.com, Sahana Discuss discuss@lists.sahanafoundation.org and members members@sahanafoundation.org at the start of the month.
- Tweet about the meeting from the @SahanaFOSS account a few days before the meeting, include a link to the Call Document
- Send a reminder email out a few days prior
- When the meeting starts send a reminder out in the #sahana and #sahana-eden channels
