User Guide for Inventory Management System Module

Introduction

The Inventory Management System Module is a part of Sahana Disaster Management System that keeps informations about aid items and supplies in your organization's inventories. One can track location of available items, expiry dates, transfer items to another inventory and more. Here you can find some points how to use IMS Module.

Instalation notes

  1. You have to have Shana installed on your computer;
  2. If you can find IMS button (like the one in red border on screen below) you can just click it to start, othervise you have to install IMS Module by copying “ims” catalog with all content (downloaded from ) into “mod” directory in your Sahana catalogue.
