User Guide for Inventory Management System Module

Introduction

The Inventory Management System Module is a part of Sahana Disaster Management System that keeps informations about aid items and supplies in your organization's inventories. One can track location of available items, their expiry dates, transfer items to another inventory and more.

In this user guide you can find some points on how to use IMS Module.

Instalation notes

  1. You need to have Shana installed on your computer or to have an access to Shana on some server;
  2. If you have IMS button (like the one in red border on screen below) you can just click it to start, othervise you have to install IMS Module by copying “ims” catalog with all content (downloaded from ) into “mod” directory in your Sahana catalogue (e.g. C:sahana/mod).
