• Introduce problem and one solution - T

Anyone can bring up a item/issue and one approach forward for that item/issue.

• Discuss Approach - T+72 hours (3 days)
  1. We discuss it and try our best to reach a consensus on the approach.
  2. If not we define alternative approaches to the item/issue

• Finalize decisions - T+144 hours (3 days)
  1. If everyone agrees through (lazy) consensus then we finalize it
  2. If not the PMC Chair launches a doodle poll to get votes for various options

• We record the decision (in the WIKI) and the PMC Chair announces it to the community.
